西兰花炒香菇的做法步骤

1西兰花切小块，加适量水，盐浸泡10分钟。 -
2香菇去根切片。

3锅里烧开水倒入西兰花焯水2分钟捞起沥干。

4香菇也焯水2分钟捞起沥干。

5锅里热油爆香蒜头，倒入西兰花，香菇翻炒均匀。
-
6翻炒一分钟加入盐，蚝油，黑胡椒粉翻炒一下，出锅前加入少许香油拌匀即可。
