炸鸡脯丸的做法步骤

1料理机里放入鸡脯肉块、蛋白两个、干淀粉、盐搅打成胶状肉泥。 -
2手挤丸子，放入面包糠内裹匀。

3锅内放宽油，中火烧至六成热下油锅炸。

4鸡肉熟且外表酥脆即可出锅。

5搭配番茄酱上桌。
