红烧牛腩的做法步骤

1牛腩切块焯水，洗干净沥干水分备用。 -
2准备葱、姜、蒜、花椒、八角、干辣椒。

3锅中热油放入葱、姜、蒜、花椒、大料炒香。

4放入郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油。

5放入牛肉、生抽、老抽翻炒。

6砂锅水开把炒好的牛肉放入砂锅。

7放入冰糖、干辣椒水开小火炖2小时。

8炖90分钟的时候放入食用盐。

9出锅，装盘。
