菌菇鲜蔬鱼滑的做法步骤

1准备主材料如图 -

7加入大碗加入两勺约30g的淀粉

8用两根筷子往一个方向搅拌上劲

10锅中烧开水

11用勺子挖取一勺入碗

12或装入保鲜袋，袋角剪一小口，挤出一小段

13水要一直沸腾，这样鱼滑入锅不会粘底

14煮1-2分钟
