枸杞红枣黑米粥的做法步骤

1准备食材，红枣用的是干枣，所以红枣、枸杞提前浸泡了2小时 -
2煮锅上火，一次加入足够的水，冷水下入黑米开煮，水开后转中小火继续煮40分钟，黑米煮到没有硬芯后，加入浸泡过的红枣、枸杞，煮10分钟即可 -
3出锅，滋阴补血的一款粥
