虎皮鸡爪的做法步骤

1鸡爪洗净入锅煮糯打起。 -
2入油锅炸过打起，放入水中泡20分钟。 -
3锅洗净加入白糖(或冰糖)、少许油炒成糖色时，放入八角、桂皮、花椒、香叶、鸡爪翻炒，使鸡爪裹上糖色。 -
4加入适量生抽、盐、水、红米曲卤制。 -
5熟稔时大火收汁。 -
6装盘。
