紫薯空心小火烧的做法步骤

2紫薯削皮切薄片，放蒸锅蒸熟，压成泥 -
3发酵两倍大 -
4取出揉光滑，分成若干小剂子 -
5小剂子擀成薄圆饼，包少许紫薯泥，包好，擀成圆饼 -
6电饼铛不放油放饼坯 -
7煎至两面变黄，中间鼓起即可
