抱蛋元宝煎饺的做法步骤

1肉馅放入碗中，加入葱末，打入一个鸡蛋。 -
2先加适量麻油，拌一下锁住水份，再加适量盐、五香粉和生抽顺着一个方向搅拌均匀，馅料就调好了。 -
3面粉放入碗中，加适量水用筷子搅拌成絮状。 -
4和成偏硬的面团。 -
5分成小剂子。 -
6取一个小剂子，擀成中间稍厚四周薄的圆面片，一个饺子皮擀好了。 -
7擀好全部饺子皮。 -
8取一个饺子皮，放上饺子馅，对折捏紧。 -
9把两个角叠在一起捏紧，一个元宝饺子就做好了。 -
10全部做好。 -
11平底锅倒油，摆上饺子，开火煎一分钟定型。 -
12加没住一半饺子的清水，盖上锅盖，中小火煎制。 -
13两个鸡蛋加一点盐打成蛋液。 -
14锅里水收干后，倒入蛋液，小火煎制蛋液完全凝固。 -
15撒上葱花和熟芝麻即可食用。
