麻婆豆腐的做法步骤

1所为材料，猪肉跺烂，豆腐切小块。 -
2把豆腐倒入开水中焯一下，捞起沥干水备用。 -
3热锅放油放入猪肉爆香。 -
4空碗中倒入适量的麻婆豆腐调料。 -
5放入半碗水拌均。 -
6把调料倒入猪肉中。 -
7倒放豆腐，盖上锅盖煮3分钟。 -
8再调一点麻婆豆腐调料勾个芡。 -
9香、鲜、麻、辣的麻婆豆腐就OK了，很简单吧！ -
10这是一个很下饭的菜哦。
