鱼香肉丝的做法步骤

1猪里脊切丝，加料酒入味，淀粉上浆。 -
2干香菇泡发切丝，木耳，胡萝卜，辣椒切丝，芹菜切寸段 -
3热锅凉油滑肉丝。 -
4断生后加葱姜蒜碎炒香。 -
5加郫县豆瓣酱和剁辣椒酱各一汤匙，炒香。 -
6加入香菇丝，木耳丝，胡萝卜丝，加料酒，糖醋（1比1）调味，加少许老抽上色。 -
7翻炒成熟加芹菜和辣椒 -
8翻炒均匀，勾薄欠，关火加鸡精调味。
