豆豉排骨的做法步骤

1排骨洗净切块，准备调料 -
2锅内热油，放入八角、桂皮豆豉开小火炒出香味 -
3转中火放入排骨、老抽、生抽、冰糖炒一下，再放入料酒、干辣椒 -
4倒入开水，没过排骨，放入姜片，盖上盖子转小火炖约40分钟，开大火收汁，最后根据自家口味调入盐、鸡精即可 -
5豉香浓郁，非常好吃！

一次吃不完，还可以再加入白菜、豆腐再吃一顿！
