抹茶蔓越莓软欧的做法步骤

1备好所有材料。把蔓越莓干切的小颗一点。除黄油蔓越莓干其他材料放入面包桶中。 -
2启动一个和面程序十分钟，放入黄油。 -
3继续搅拌至完全扩展状态，放入蔓越莓干搅拌均匀。 -
4发酵至两倍大用手指沾上干面粉戳一下，不回缩即发酵好了。 -
5取出排气，均匀分成四等份，盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。 -
6取一个松弛好的面团像包糖三角一样捏好，翻过来放入烤盘中。 -
7把三角的形状整理微圆一些。 -
8放入烤箱中二次发酵，烤盘下面放上一碗热水。发酵好的面团生胚上筛上一层生面粉，用锋利的刀片割出花型。 -
9送入预热好的烤箱中上下火170°，烤箱中层20分钟，上色即可。
