花生米小白菜的做法步骤

1主料：小白菜、花生米 -
2将小白菜切段 -
3锅中放入少许油，先炒花生米（因为花生米出油，所以底油无需太多） -
4放入花生米，小火翻炒，一定要不间断地翻炒，防止炒糊。 -
5炒至花生米变色，散出香味关火（大约5、6分钟吧） -
6小白菜中加入15ml醋 -
7加入15克糖 -
8加入5克盐，拌匀 -
9在小白菜上撒上花生米即可。
