彩椒洋葱炒肉片的做法步骤

1将所有材料切丝备用，猪肉切片用生抽、盐、糖、米酒、胡椒粉、生粉、油腌一会儿。 -
2起油锅爆香姜、蒜。 -
3放入猪肉翻炒至断生。 -
4加入洋葱丝翻炒片刻。 -
5加入彩椒丝、豆泡丝炒匀，加入适量盐、蚝油调味。 -
6翻炒均匀即可上碟。
