银鱼小炒的做法步骤

1小银鱼干用清水浸泡约半小时后沥干水分。 -
2用少许生抽胡椒粉腌制待用。 -
3韭菜花切段。 -
4烧热锅倒入比炒菜多的油，将腌过的银鱼干倒入慢火炒。 -
5小银鱼炒至干身之后盛起待用。 -
6继续使用锅里的油把韭菜花倒入炒片刻。 -
7加入果仁一起炒放少许盐。 -
8然后将银鱼干倒入炒均匀即可上碟。
