豆苗汤米稞条的做法步骤

1米稞切成丝。 -
2锅里倒入油爆香葱蒜。 -
3把米稞条加入翻炒均匀。 -
4然后加入两大碗水煮沸。 -
5再把豆苗放入烧开之后放盐、胡椒粉少许鸡精即可。（按个人喜好放些冬菜）
