豆腐乳的做法步骤

1发好酵的豆腐凉二天，。 -
2再改刀，不改刀也行。 -
3加盐，。 -
4再淋上酒。 -
5抛匀腌制半天。 -
6腌好的豆腐乳码上垫子上沥汁。 -
7再备辣椒粉，酒。 -
8酒碗里放点盐，十三香，糖，八角粉，辣椒椒，拌匀。 -
9再依次放进豆腐乳蘸上汁。 -
10蘸好汁的豆腐乳放进腌腐乳的罐里。 -
11淋上茶油盖上盖子腌制一个月就可开坛了。
