彩椒炒八爪鱼的做法步骤

1八爪鱼处理干净切块。 -
2八爪鱼用开水焯一分钟，捞出后过凉水备用。

3炒锅放油烧热，放入八爪鱼，扇贝肉，蚝油翻炒。

4放入生抽，醋，彩椒丝，蒜片。

5翻炒均匀即可。
