糖醋三文鱼的做法步骤

1姜切片，葱切葱花。 -
2糖醋汁材料混合。

3三文鱼切厚片，用厨房纸擦干水份。

4热油锅，把鱼煎至金黄。

5翻面继续煎。

6放入姜片煎一下。

7倒入糖醋汁烧开，转小火烧约6-7分钟至鱼熟透。

8大火稍收汁，撒上葱花即可。

9开胃下饭。
