青团的做法步骤

1准备好艾草叶。 -
2起锅烧水，水开后，加入食用碱，下入艾叶草焯水。

3煮好的艾叶草，过凉水，清洗干净苦涩味，多洗几遍哦。

4放入料理机打成泥。

5艾草泥。

6艾草泥加入糯米粉和粘米粉中。

7加入少许猪油，揉成光滑的艾面团。

8分成50个一个均匀的小剂子。

9取出一个面团。
-
10按压成圆形。
-
11轻轻取下。
-
12面皮就好了。
-
13包入豆沙馅（豆沙馅30克一个）。

14团成圆形。
-
15放入蒸锅中，大火煮开，出汽后，蒸10分钟即可出锅。
