丝瓜烧面筋的做法步骤

1备好食材。 -
2面筋提前泡发好，切小块，丝瓜去皮，切滚刀块，五花肉切片，葱切葱花，姜切末，蒜切片，小米椒切圈备用。

3起锅烧油，发八角。

4倒入五花肉煸香。

5五花肉煸炒至变色，放葱姜蒜小米椒。

6翻炒片刻后，加入耗油，蒸鱼豉油，料酒，把肉炒香。

7倒入面筋块，翻炒。

8倒入丝瓜翻炒。

9翻炒均匀后，锅中放半碗水，加入适量盐调味。

10调个水淀粉，里面放少许鸡精，再加小半碗水，调匀。

11菜炖三分钟后，倒入水淀粉，收汤汁即可。

12装盘，来碗米饭，很是下饭呢。
