糖醋小黄鱼的做法步骤

1准备小黄鱼一条 -
2去鳞和内脏 -
3清理干净的鱼切上花刀 -
4用生抽，料酒，葱姜蒜腌制十分钟 -
5腌制好的鱼擦去过多水份，均匀拍上淀粉 -
6起油锅，放鱼煎制两面金黄盛岀徒用 -
7准备糖醋汁 -
8另起油锅，放葱姜蒜煸香后依次加入番茄酱，白糖，醋，生抽，盐，再加小量水炒一分钟左右后勾芡 -
9最后把糖醋汁烧在鱼身上即可
