糖醋烧带鱼的做法步骤

1带鱼洗好，切小段入锅煎。少放些盐！ -
2煎好后的样子

3准备好葱姜蒜和香菜！大蒜拍一拍不用切

4用葱姜蒜炝锅。带鱼入锅

5放入料酒，酱油，糖，醋，盐和鸡精。再放入少许水，炖一下。半杯水即可！

6汤快没有的时候让入香菜就完成了！味道特别棒！
