蛋包饭的做法步骤
-
1将各种配料切碎备用 -
2鸡蛋打成蛋液备用 -
3平底锅加热放少许油下鸡蛋液煎成蛋皮 -
4锅内留少许油将切好的配料依次入锅炒至断生加入少许盐炒匀，在放入适量番茄酱翻炒均匀，放入米饭炒匀即可 -
5将炒好的饭包入煎好的蛋皮中，表面淋上番茄酱一份香喷喷的蛋包饭就做好了（请忽略丑丑的外表）
