粉蒸牛肉的做法步骤

1糯米提前浸泡软。 -
2粉蒸肉的调料准备就绪。

3牛肉洗净切片备用。

4放入粉蒸肉调料，蚝油，菜籽油，酱油，白酒搅拌均匀。

5放入浸泡软的糯米搅拌均匀。

6牛肉拌好后腌制一会。

7装入小碗中。

8碗中盖上保鲜膜扎几个小孔，发入蒸屉上。

9中火蒸一个小时左右。

10美美的粉蒸肉可以出锅啦。
