笋烧肉的做法步骤

1干笋放锅中加水煮10分钟左右，然后浸泡一天，直至泡发。横纹切大片洗净。 -
2五花肉焯水后放少许食用油煸炒出油。

3加生抽酱油炒至上色。

4放笋干，加清水煮开（水量加至完全覆盖住笋肉）。

5改中小火慢慢焖一小时以上。

6收汁即可。

7没有加糖简单易做的笋烧肉咸鲜美味。
