清炒红薯叶的做法步骤

1红薯叶去掉老叶，清洗干净，大蒜切碎 -
2锅烧热，放入花生油烧热，下入蒜末炒香 -
3放入红薯叶子，大火快炒 -
4翻炒均匀.放盐调味 -
5放盐以后翻炒一分钟就可以了 -
