毛豆蒸腊鸡腿的做法步骤

2将毛豆剥壳淘洗一下，待用。 -
3将已清洗好的腊鸡腿放在案板上剁成块。 -
4放入盘中。 -
5随后，将淘洗好的毛豆下入清水锅中焯开5分钟后捞出。 -
6合入腊鸡腿中。 -
7接着，加适量的料酒。 -
8然后，放入蒸锅中。 -
9盖上盖上蒸10分钟，即成。 -
10开盖取出。
