2把大虾去头剥去外壳去除虾线，然后加入适量的料酒。 -
3加入适量的淀粉。 -
4加入少许的精盐。 -
5加入少许的蛋清。 -
6把所有的调料拌匀腌制一会儿。 -
7冷锅加入适量的色拉油。 -
8把腰果倒入锅中，小火慢慢翻炒。 -
9直到腰果变成浅黄色时候盛出，加入少许的精盐。 -
10把西芹撕去表面的筋，切成小段备用。 -
11生姜切成大片备用。 -
12锅中加入适量的油烧热，放入生姜翻炒一会儿。 -
13放入腌制好的虾仁。 -
14把虾仁翻炒一会儿。 -
15把切好的西芹段倒入锅中。 -
16把西芹段翻炒一会儿。 -
17直到西芹段断生时候加入适量的精盐翻炒均匀。 -
18最后倒入适量腰果翻炒均匀即可。
