青椒平菇炒豆干的做法步骤

1豆干切成条，青椒切丝，大蒜切碎，平菇撕成小块。 -
2炒锅预热后加入适量的油，油温升起后炸香大蒜、花椒。

3倒入平菇，翻炒一会。

4倒入豆干，继续翻炒。

5调入适量的盐、南德、生抽翻炒均匀。
-
6翻炒至菜5成熟的时候倒入青椒。
-
7翻炒至菜熟透就可以盛出装盘了。
