香菇腐竹烩粉丝的做法步骤

1姜大蒜切片，粉丝，香菇，腐竹，海米分别用温水浸泡1小时，香菇切片腐竹切段。

2肉末用盐生抽料酒油五香粉腌制十分钟炒好盛出用泡海米的水和黄豆酱生抽盐调成一碗调味汁

3爆香姜蒜片，放入香菇腐竹翻炒，加入海米，放入粉丝稍微翻炒后加入调味汁和炒好的肉末。大火烧开小火收汁。出国后撒入少许葱花。
