干煸豆角的做法步骤

1叫江豆或者豇豆。 -
2切长一点段，2-3寸。

3热锅热油，煸香花椒，下豆角煸炒，勤翻。。先是变翠绿，这还不够，继续翻炒。

4把绝大多数豆角煸炒软烂，转成小火，加盐糖鸡精调味，生抽2汤匙。

5口感麻香，但不辣，配白粥(???????)??*
