蒜香鸡翅的做法步骤

1鸡翅洗净改一下刀让腌制的时候比较好入味。 -
2放入姜片，蚝油，酱油，盐，鸡精将鸡翅抓匀腌制半小时。 -
3蒜头拍扁去皮衣后剁碎备用。 -
4热锅下油将鸡翅炸至两面金黄。 -
5锅内留底油将蒜头爆香。 -
6蒜头爆香至小许金黄后把鸡翅下锅翻炒几下即可。 -
7成品。
