葱花煎鸡蛋的做法步骤

1鸡蛋2个打散，葱切碎 -
2葱花放入鸡蛋液中，加盐拌匀 -
3平底锅放油，根据自己喜好放油量，不喜欢油腻的可以少放点 -
4煎至表面快凝结，翻面继续煎至全熟，装盘即可

煎鸡蛋时火不能太大，否则容易糊，超简单健康，五分钟就好啦
