凉拌青瓜的做法步骤
-
1青瓜洗净沥干水分，切去头尾，用刀拍松。 -
2再改刀切成小段。 -
3放入较大的碗中备用。 -
4蒜头切碎，小米椒切圈，香菜切小段。 -
5取一小碗，将蒜蓉和小米椒放入，再调入盐鸡精和白糖。 -
6倒入陈醋。 -
7再加入芝麻香油搅拌均匀。 -
8将调好的酱汁倒入盛青瓜的碗中。 -
9再放入香菜末，用筷子搅拌均匀即可。 -
10上桌快快食用吧。 -
11放冰箱冷藏30分钟左右口感更好哦！
