椒麻鸡翅的做法步骤

1鸡翅中斩2段，加A料拌匀，腌制1小时，入油锅汆炸至表面金黄。青圆椒切三角块。生姜切片。大蒜拍扁。京葱切2cm斜段。干辣椒剪2cm斜段。 -
2炒锅热油，小火炒香B料。 -
3入青圆椒，拌炒至表面起泡。 -
4入鸡翅中，拌炒均匀。 -
5入C料，拌炒均匀。 -
6继续拌炒至汤汁收浓。
