爆炒花蛤的做法步骤

1花蛤吐沙洗净。 -
2姜片切丝，酸切末，小葱切末。 -
3油锅烧热冒青烟，倒油放入姜丝和干辣椒。炒香（喜欢辣一点的可以把干辣椒切段） -
4倒入花蛤翻炒，放入半勺白糖，花蛤微张口放入蒜末，倒料酒，几滴醋，倒入蚝油翻炒。 -
5翻炒均匀。 -
6花蛤都张口后倒入葱末，加鸡精翻匀就可以出锅了，
