原汁茄子的做法步骤

1茄子500g、盐适量、味精适量。 -
2把茄子洗净，去蒂。 -
3放入蒸锅中。 -
4上汽后蒸15分钟左右，一定蒸至熟烂。 -
5取出后，放入盘中趁热撒上盐和味精。 -
6撕成条状，拌匀即可食用。
