Since 1978, 4 cases of complicated stricture of posterior urethra by retropubic urethra-vesieal anastomosis have been performed.───以来，我们已施行耻骨后坠道套接吻合治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄4例。

Results Stricture happened in 2 cases which were cured by dilation of urethra.───结果2例术后出现尿道狭窄，经定期扩张后治愈。

Conclusion: By tissue engineering, the urethra mucosa structure can be rapidly constructed in vitro, which can be applied to the repair of such urethral defect as hypospadias and urethral stricture.───结论：运用组织工程方法能够在体外快速进行尿道粘膜上皮结构的初步构建，为进一步临床修复诸如尿道下裂、尿道狭窄等尿道缺损奠定技术基础。
